Day Eight- Biking around Qinghai Lake

Qinghai Lake is the natural treasure of Qinghai province.  People say that Qinghai province looks like a rabbit with Qinghai Lake being the eye.  It is truly a natural wonder! It is six times the size of Signapore and surrounded by snow-covered mountains, smaller mountains, AND sand dunes.  I’ve never seen water this blue before!

I don’t really have anything to say because the view made me speechless.  We took a 20 mile bike ride around the lake and I couldn’t believe the sight I was seeing.  The pictures just can’t do it justice!

I was wondering around the land and stumbled upon some autumn trees.  I had a little fun playing with the angles and light 🙂

I don’t know if there are many places in the world where you can see large and small mountains, sand dunes, and a beautiful lake.  I feel very lucky to get the chance to see it in person! Maybe one day you can too!
