Welcome to Shaanxi Shifan Daxue!  My university is one of the oldest in Xi’an so it has a buzzing campus. 

In my opinion, the whole campus is quite whimsical.  There are interesting trees and plants everywhere. I can’t wait to see what it looks like in spring!

This campus also has a pond but it is a lot bigger than BLCU’s.  When it begins to warm up, I will take my books done to the pond to study.  I enjoy it because the dragon “feeds” the pond throughout the day.

As you walk past this pond, you arrive at our cafeteria.  It is huge and has delicious food. I haven’t tried it yet, but they have lots of raw vegetables that you can choose from and the staff will make a customized soup for you. Yum!

This is my classroom building.  It looks a little worn down but this is the only place I can get wifi on campus so I’m a happy camper!

The most impressive part of campus is our library.  There is a beautiful rock waterfall in front of it which makes it quite the picturesque place.
