(It went horribly but we put in our best effort!)<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/evacohnchina.summitbiztech.com\/2014\/06\/img_1151.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"i-2896\" class=\"size-full wp-image\" src=\"https:\/\/evacohnchina.summitbiztech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/img_1151.jpg\" alt=\"Image\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/evacohnchina.summitbiztech.com\/2014\/06\/img_1164.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"i-2897\" class=\"size-full wp-image\" src=\"https:\/\/evacohnchina.summitbiztech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/img_1164.jpg\" alt=\"Image\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Next we visited the music section of the university.\u00a0 Some of these musicians are professors and some are student teachers but all are the best musicians of their instrument in the area.\u00a0 The music they played was awe-inspiring.\u00a0 (I will upload a video once I return to the U.S).\u00a0 They were kind enough to let us try out their instruments after their performance.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/evacohnchina.summitbiztech.com\/2014\/06\/img_1112.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"i-2898\" class=\"size-full wp-image\" src=\"https:\/\/evacohnchina.summitbiztech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/img_1112.jpg\" alt=\"Image\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/evacohnchina.summitbiztech.com\/2014\/06\/img_1118.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"i-2899\" class=\"size-full wp-image\" src=\"https:\/\/evacohnchina.summitbiztech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/img_1118.jpg\" alt=\"Image\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>(My friend Justine was having a great time!)<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/evacohnchina.summitbiztech.com\/2014\/06\/img_1121.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"i-2900\" class=\"size-full wp-image\" src=\"https:\/\/evacohnchina.summitbiztech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/img_1121.jpg\" alt=\"Image\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Visiting this university was a lot of fun but this was only our morning.\u00a0 Check out part two!<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We had the opportunity to visit a Music and Dance University in Urumqi which taught not only ballet and modern dance but also traditional Uyghur dances.
